Hi, I’m Lucas Mattiello and I’m the founder of Level Up Living.

I lived with Panic Disorder for 15 years. The stress, anxiety, and panic attacks stopped me from achieving everything that I knew I was capable of.

After years of elevated stress levels and my work performance, health, and happiness rapidly declining, I reached a point where I could no longer avoid addressing my stress and anxiety.
